We follow several kids as they discover what it’s like to live a healthy lifestyle. We present concepts such as MyPlate, the Rainbow of Foods and the 95210 guidelines, where we describe the daily recommendations for 9 hours of sleep, 5 portions of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours  or less of screen time, 1 hour of physical activity and no sugary drinks.
